    i have a gbox midnight MX2 as well as the M8, well it would appear that the mx2 remote http://cdn.liliputing.com/wp-content...mx2_remote.jpg works pretty much perfectly, stop/FF//Rewind/ volume buttons etc all work...

    yes ,apart from few buttons its almost fully compatible

    And another Fact is Our Little Laggy Launcher Works Butter Smooth in MX M6 Box!

      That's a nice find! I can't test right now, I'm receiving my eM8 probably Monday... I don't have A Gbox but I just found out that the mx2 is in the Logitech/Harmony universal remote database, so I should be able to use my harmony 300 with this box. To what extent does it work, ALL button are mapped to a logical function? Edit: Never mind, TMx kinda replied this one above me

      What about XBMC? Play, stop etc? Anyway at this point it's just a matter of editing keyconfig.

        There is an add on for xbmc to configure a remote .xml file, I think it's called remote config. It works well.

          In vaguely related news the Ouya game controller works very well with this box too under Finless 1.5
