pink screen on HDMI output

Hi freaktab !
I received a Vega s89 elite two weeks ago. I was watching a YouTube video when i lost HDMI signal a few seconds, then the image came back but with an awful pink color over Android UI. No way to fix this.
Av output is working.
I send an email too geekbuying 5 days ago to be refunded but no answer.

What's about you maybe do a small push down or lift up the HDMI plug at the box?

You asked for a refund?
Should you not ask for a RMA first? then use data.. to send unit back..
Then show proof (pic) that the unit was send.. with a request for money back

With a small push image disappears completly, and then come back in pink.
Still no answer from geekbuying.

I ask a refund because i'm very angry, gkb is faulty for selling shitty hardware. I dont want a new vega with unfinished hardware and software.

Solder it if you have skills, or send it back. geekbuying knows the problem, and I think theyre not amused about that too. But that doesnt only happen to tronsmart devices, even the big names deliver faulty hardware, look at the rod of the xbox 360. Its the service afterwards, that seperates the good guys from the bad! So calm down and think over what you want to do...diy or send back. Your life doesnt depend on this box.
