Can i plug in my mini TV device to a old box television?

I want to buy a mini TV running android. The problem is that the Mini TV uses a Mini HDMI output, and my tv only supports rca plugs. From my understanding, these cables / adapters should work:

    The RCA TO HDMI:

    THE HDMI to MINI HDMI:

for those who aren't quite sure what a mini TV is,

Will this work on my old box television? Thanks!

    Analog!

HDMI is a digital signal and RCA is analog. You cannot convert from HDMI to RCA by putting wires together, you need an intermediary that will decode the HDMI signal and convert it to analog.

Since **** doesn't have a product rating system, I checked amazon and all of the reviews were negative on these cables.

Look for "HDMI to component converter" and they're about $30+.
