X5 rom with HLS Streaming

It all started here:

Karel made great effort to make a HLS enabbled rom based on my HWG HLS rom to suite the X5.

So i decided to build the rom for them.

Included apps;
MINIX XBMC
MINIX METRO LAUNCHER
SKYPE

I left the keylayouts as karel put them.

The complete X5 Rom that is HLS streaming enabled:

Unzip it and flash the complete .img using rkFlashTool (not included)
Wait till airpin starts up before you do anything !!!.

You can flash your own kernels after completion, i left kernel outside boot.

No not yet,

I probably cover the other models next week when i work on the rk3066 guru roms again.
There is still some things to do about HLS.
I have planned 2 days next week to digg into this again.
For now most HLS apps will work on the X5 with this rom.

Hey just to report same BT problems.

Steps;
1. completely factory reset my BT headset.
2. paired headset with minix and i got to connect it (both media and phone audio) and no sound...
3. BT kept restarting and headset connecting
4. rebooted and headset paired but still no sound.
5. sometimes connection is lost and bt restarts before BT connected.

Logs:
logcat.log
dmseg.log

Is it a kernel problem? system problem?

Its a system problem i think.

Yupp makes sense since every other file is from stock right?

I've tried stock and kasty's rom and both work well with my headset.

Its probably not only the libraries.
Also some binaries etc..
I havent looked at it so cant tell you, they can diver from rom to rom.
At the moment i am working on the X8 rom so cant look at it right now.

Could you also have a look at miracast/wifidisplay?

When i connect my Nexus 4 it works for about 1 minute and then it suddenly stops. After reconnecting again it eorks for about 1 minute. Do you need a dmesg log?

No i dont need the dmesg, thanks for offering.
A new rom will be build next week.
Then the rom will be build from scratch again.

The rom includes a 720p original minix kernel.
It is a full package (.img)
You can flash a kernel afterwards, but you dont have to.
