Just trying to reset my girlfriends daughters tablet, as she forgot the keystroke and can't remember her email/password....she's 5.
anyway, been searching the forum and found the Southern Telecom upgrades to reset the system....
I downloaded both, and unzipped them...I follow the instructions, but then it tells me to click on the "PMID705_Firmware_4.1JBv1_OTA.img"
Unfortunately, this file isn't in the ZIP file (well, not that I can find).
Any suggestions???
