I'm on the same boat, trying to make myCanal work on my device (minix s8h plus), but can't install from play store due to app "not compatible to my device".
I installed Finless' rom and build.prop spoof to mask device as a Nexus 10, but still the app is marked as "incompatible". But one thing I noted is that when going to the web play store (through a browser on a computer), it says that the app is incompatible as my device is identified as a "T-Mobile - US Samsung Nexus 10". We need to figure out what to spoof in build.prop to mask the device as international to make it work with the app I think...
