low internet speed vega s89

I've recently got the vega s89 and I run a speed test using Ookla app and I get 16mbps
and on my pc with the same app I get 41mbps

I'm using Ethernet, but get the same result via wifi
is it normal or is it the app?

I have the same problem wifi/ethernet 20 mega on ookla and pc 40 mbps
I dont know what i upgrated firmware to 108K but its working the same
