AllWinner A10 Android mini PC

Folks,

I have an Andriod A10 device bought over ****. It died on me some days back and shows the android icon on the TV. Nothing else.

I had another Rikomagic device, which went through the same problem, but I managed to reset the firmware.. by hit and trial.

For this AllWinner device, I am unable to do anything. I am not even able to get the PC to recognize the device over USB.

Does anyone have clear instructions ? Is there any other information I need to provide to help narrow down to exactly how I can fix this?

Hi and welcome

Could you post more info... device name or perhaps a picture to id your unit

Does your unit have a recovery button?
If yes
Have you tried using it.. most have a option to do a 'emty cache' and 'factory reset'
-this sometime works

Reset doesn't work. Tried a number of times.
