Beyond XBMC 3.4 Beta not allowing update

RK3188 DEVICE

My android TV Box came with a pre-installed version of Beyond XBMC. I installed the 'Mash up' add-on this device and some things weren't working. I contacted the developer of mash up regarding this who stated that Beyond XBMC is not allowing my Mash Up to update to the latest version.

The error log suggests it like this:
23:32:31 T:1826666712 NOTICE: Error downloading file repository.mash2k3-1.7.zip
23:32:31 T:1826666712 ERROR: ***********Mash Up Error: <urlopen error timed out>

Any help is greatly valued,

The error "urlopen error timed out" indicates an issue connecting to the update server... not an issue with Beyond itself. Either download and update manually or wait until the repo server that it is trying to get the update is up and running.

Manual update not working either

To update it manually... you go to the mashup website and download the add-on... then open the zip. It won't give you an url error that way

Performed manual un-install and re-install of repo and add-on

Performed manual un-install and re-install of repo and add-on of the latest version of Mash Up. However, still getting the movie25 error.

Waiting for the moderator of Mash Up to check my latest log upload. To see if it's still an update error or something else.
