Pipo M7 Pro - wifi problem

      Same problem with my tablet.
      Can't turn wifi on.

It worked great for a few months.
A week ago the problem started.
I tried to flash the latest RileyROM, it didn't help.
I looked in the device logcat and saw an error when trying to turn on wifi0.

Do you have any idea what it could be?

      Thank you.

another wifi stucked but on pipo M6 Pro wifi

Today WiFi has stopped to work on my Pipo M6, I wouldn't try to flash again the tablet rooted with Riley rom kitkat. A reset doesn't solve. The problem is the same, in settings I see "turning on wifi" but nothing happens.
          Any suggestion?

The only solution I have for you is to send your device back to the store you bought it from.
This is what I'm going to do.

Maybe some faulty modems in PIPO devices?

I had the same problem. Wi-fi worked several months, then stucked with the message "Turning on WIFI".
After factory data reset (settings-> personal -> backup&reset -> factory data reset) wifi is working normally again.
Of course, backup your data first.

I have the same problem on M6Pro. Reseting to factory defaults didn't help. Neither the flashing of newer (KitKat) ROM. I suppose there is a HW problem with the wifi module, in my case the AP6476.
I am thinking about replacing this module. But first, could someone confirm, this is the reason, and replacing the module would help?

My second option is to connect some USB Wifi dongle via OTG cable. Does anybody have any positive experience with this? What dongle is confirmed to work on Riley's ROMs?
