    Firmware for "S1" clone of A10 MK802.

Hi all. Im thinking of buying an A10 based mk802 clone from a local second hand shop purely as a backup device so my kids don't experience video down time while I mess with my MK802iv. Before I purchase it I would like to know I can wipe it with a fresh FW install. Smooth video playback is essential, and my only hard requirement of the stick. Problem is that I can't identify the manufacturer, nor locate suitable firmware. I'm fairly certain it hosts 1gig of ram and a 4gig NAND.
If anyone can assist me I would appreciate it.

Well, I bought the stick and a clone of the Measy RC11 air mouse/kb for $20cad. Air mouse gives sketchy response to movement, but I now see why theyre so popular.
The stick is of unknown branding as well. Turns out it's an A10S variant of the MK802+. 1gb Hynix ram, 4gb Hynix NAND, A10S SOC and a Realtek RTL8188CTV net chipset.
I can only find conflicting info about which firmware versions are or arent compatible. Not sure if I should employ Uberoid or a stock Riko rom.
Any leads or hints would be grand. Thanks, guys.

Yuck. Guy at the shop I bought the stick from tried to flash it with something incorrect. Have spent the last week trying all I could to boot or reflash it. Cant get my XP box to recognize it at all. Livesuit and Phoenixcard have proven useless for flash. The closest I came to the pc finding the stick was while fiddling with drivers and attempting to short nand pins. Even then it gave an odd entry in Device Manager, which I neglected to write down when I saw it. Thinking I had found a fix I restarted my pc. Havent had any luck since..
Does anyone know what nand pins to short to prompt FEL mode on an MK802?
I will post pics of the stick pcb later tonight.
      Thanks all.

(Edit: Finally stumbled upon the obvious. It's a Joinwin PC-JW02.)

Here are pics of the stick in question. Hope someone can help...:

Humm. it`s late but i found this thread looking for a a10 tv box firmware
i google a lot today for this. Pretty hard to find information of wich firmware can be compatible with an unbranded product.

          This one for me: http://fr.aliexpress.com/item/Unique...103639881.html
yes 4 usb port yaooouuu a clone of cubieboard and blackberry board, great community support, i'll have lot fun with it

I remember when google'ing i found an interesting thread about a mk802+ with a10s cpu might be interesting for you

i got here a good start for you: (download link on those page could be broken be google is your friend...)

Pressing reset button down before you plug the power could surely also turn the beast to FEL mode
