    MK808 unroot

Hi, I have an MK808 device, which I use with my TV to stream Netflix and the like. I have just installed an app for streaming a local TV channel, but the app says the device is "rooted" and therefore they won't allow TV streaming.
How do I "unroot" this device? I'm guessing I need to download some "official" OS, and install it, but I have no idea where to get the OS, or how to install it.
    Thanks for any pointers...

Download SuperSU from play store, it has an unroot function.

Thanks, I tried that. It gives a message at startup:
There is no SU binary installed, and SuperSU cannot install it. This is a problem.

I assume that this means that SuperSU does not think my device is rooted? But the app I want to run does think so!

You can try RootCloack using Cydia from Play store https://play.google.com/store/apps/d....rootcloakplus

        Or RootCloak using Xposed http://repo.xposed.info/module/com.devadvance.rootcloak

..meant to say you don't have to unroot for just one app; you can keep root and give the specific app a false root status as an alternative.

But all these unroot apps require an actually rooted device, xdzgors device has no su binary, so it is not rooted. Strange that the TV app thinks so.
Maybe it works if you root and then use rootcloak to hide the root.
