XBMC has gone down the toilet?

    Hi,

i just wanted to know, is there anyone else who got the new s89-h

and ever since that, had to power off the device completely, maybe 10 times a day, because xbmc is freezing?

Sorry for the negativeness but i didn't see this coming...

I was so happy when this finally arrived and now it feels like complete garbage.

    Does Gotham has hardware decoding?

    Thanks for any replies.....

Switching from stock 105 to Finless 1.7 should help on that?

          Hi and thanks

I'm on stock 105 with root. Xbmc 14 alpha that came with the stock rom

And just now going to try Omens version I found here on a dropbox link after the latest xbmc 14 nightly has froze also...

No advancesettings. Xml yet as far as i know and no button does anything except power button for 10seconds

Ethernet and wifi, both freeze. The freezing happens even when just clicking on something in a menu when it shows the loading circle animation...

Thanks, any help would be great...

Did backup with Titanium, uninstalled then installed and restored data, but no addons or anything were actually restored...didn't cleared data.

Shouldn't dead links give you an error message and let you go on rather than force stucking your entire system where you can only power off? Even the mouse cursor cannot be moved...on the previouse version it would get stuck if you paused and sometimes in a middle of a spoken word when watching internet content, all these problems never happened on my older t-r42 3188, which is supposed to be inferior to this model...

Depends on the add-on you are using if its Navi-x and there is no timeout on the listing, all you will have spinning circle with the broken link...

Press the Home button on your remote next time ,see if thats gonna take you back to Android Launcher or not...
