I have use Neomode Custom Rom MK809III Version 3.1 Android 4.4.2, can use ,but wifi and bluetooth can't work. I also use Neomode ncr19a and ncr17, but both can't boot

Search for neo roms that are for "old wifi", i use 1.9 for old wifi, works decent, you can also try 3.0 for old wifi, but for me it doesnt work at all... (maybe youre lucky)

To tell you the truth, I don't remember (my stick just died :X).
I want to say yes, but it was kind of useless... I never found any use for that
