New box 12.4 flump not working help!

I have the android Smart media player KR42 Quad core. It came with the beyond XBMC preinstalled. The X BMC 12.4 flump is the system. Fusion mash up and Xfinity is installed but will not open. In addition when I try to click on any of the programs are open then it says "up one level" and it returns me to the previous screen.

Sounds to me like you don't have your internet connected to the box check your settings
