I have this android mini pc which looks like this on outside:

Its RK3188-T with AP6210

I have tried losts of ROM's, they all installed OK, booted up OK. But all cause a system freeze or reboot after running some apps, like xbmc.
Bought a ethernet to usb adapter to overcome no wifi with some roms, also a 3000mA adapter for extra power, tried different usb cables, power to otg, connect android mini pc directly to hdmi..... still same issue system hangs or reboots?


Any suggestions?

Did you tried to use the mk802iv official rom? It seens to be compatible with mk809iii

Hadn't tried that IMG Andrevergilio. Installed it today, but unfortunately the same issue. Started xbmc app and mouse pointer froze, the system went into boot loop. Never recovered.

Try with the device open
Maybe he's just warming up.
