UK Streaming Issue. 4OD has Video, ITV/BBC iplayers dont

    UK Streaming Issue. 4OD has Video, ITV/BBC iplayers dont

    Hello all Running BeeLink M8 with stock M8_102k4_6330 FW. Have installed the latest 4OD/ITV Player and BBC iPlayer from play store, installed BBC media player (Latest) Connected WiFi to router with SmartDNS setup.

    The issue I have is that 4OD works perfectly, but ITV and BBC both stream the audio and subs, but no picture, just black.

    Can't think of any thing else that may correct it. Can stream movies/tv content from windows smb network share using ES File explorer, but 2 of the 3 TV plugins I have only half work. Any clues

      Oh OK, thanks for that no spam. I have partially solved this by using the inbuilt xbmc player and installed superrepo and installed the iplayer addon. I can now stream BBC and 4OD, so just need to see if there is an ITV player for xbmc.

        very odd i have read that thread and like some of the people on there live in uk yet all of the british tv apps work for me iplayer itv player 4od 5 the only one i have not tried is sky because i dont have a sky id .Before i ordered my tronsmart from geekbuying i asked them if these apps would work ,they told me no they were telling me porkies
