CHANGE BOOT LOGO: in logo.img I have extracted and repacked the pictures but now I have a last problem....

Hi,

finally I have found a program that extract pictures from logo.img file present in Tronsmart S89 finless 1.7 firmware:

1) put logo.img in same folder as AMLResSpliter.exe, open Command Prompt and write (of course navigate with 'cd' to exact directory):
AMLResSpliter.exe logo.img
2) Files will be extracted in folder /out
So You can edit those *.bpm files with Photoshop.
3) When You have done editing, in Command Prompt write:
AMLResSpliter.exe out
4) it will create newlogo.img

now I have signed the update.zip with autosign and I have tried too with zipsign but when I flash it in recovery mode it gives me error: footer is wrong; what is problem?

I not understand:

I have created new logo.img with my favorite pictures
then I have created a file zip signed but when I go for the flash in recovery mode it tell me always:

FOOTER IS WRONG
