On my remote P42ST30 (panasonic neoplasma) working without problems. Not all of the functions, but enough for me to say that it works.

It works if your TV supports it .. You need to enable it though through your TV menu ..

If your TV is Samsung is called Anynet+
If your TV is LG is called Simplink

      etc....

It's a Panasonic TX-L47ET60 with the latest software.

My Vega S89-H is running the stock rom (with a few customizations) though.

I assume you have made sure all CEC features are correctly enabled on the Vega and that it doesn't work with the stock rom either?

On my Sony TV it works (but not all functions).

Like asked before: did you enable CEC in the Vega S89 settings?
