my mk809III refuse to format my SDCARD

hello,

when i put my sdcard 8GBSDHC formatted with fat32 into my 809III it say "damaged sdcard please format it" and then iwhen i click on Format it don't format the card and keep saying sdcard damaged...

any tips ?

PS: the card is working perfectly fine on my computer.

edit, i've already tried all the softwares found on the web to format it. same result.
