One common cause of that problem is your USB connection.

    1. Use the cable that came with the tablet (very important...other cables won't work)
    2. Make sure you are using a USB 2.0 port on our PC. USB 3.0 isn't compatible.

You will need to press the reset button on your tablet (the little hole on the back) with a paper clip.

With the table off, and connected via USB...press and hold vol+ and press power. If you have a good USB connection, the flash tool will see your tablet in Loader Mode. Attempt to flash again.

Also, make sure you are flashing the correct ROM for your device. If this one doesn't boot, try an older ROM from the archived ROM section and see if that works.

You can also attempt to flash the stock ROM from the Pipo site with the RKBatchTool.

I know it is frustrating, but if you want people to put in the effort to offer you practical help, you have to be prepared to put in the effort to describe the problem in detail.

"I've tried that" does not explain exactly what you have done. "it still won't work" doesn't explain what the problem is. Did you manage to get the device recognised? Was it recognised but the flash failed? Did you reflash but the device won't boot?

"used different cables" is no good. You need to use the cable Pipo supplied with the device: that has longer pins. Did you do that?

You need to describe in detail what you have done, and explain where it went wrong. Without that information, how can anyone offer help?

I hope you don't feel that my response was generic...but with my experience with Rockchip devices...I think your problem is the USB connection. Sometimes, I also suggest trying a different PC.

Don't worry, that's the same answer I got from him when I asked in a PM.

You may need to uninstall the drivers, restart the computer, press the reset button, plug in the usb then quickly remove it before drivers install. Wait for the message that they failed to install and plug again. Try using finless tool to flash or to erase idb from it and flash from the 1.7 tool.

If you want more help, describe your process and then any symptoms or possible causes, and what you think is wrong.

What is the name of the firmware you are flashing?
