So far I've never had a problem with RileyROMs or Finless ROMs. But I admit that I usually let the dust settle a bit before jumping into a new ROM.

Are you using the kernel that Randy packed with the ROM?
    Enjoy your drink.

Yes I'm using the standard kernel. I have had no success with O/C kernels - tablet refuses to boot and I then have to re-flash, & start all over! btw the drink was good!!

going back to previous rom. because I have problems with this, besides the applications reboots after some time using freeze.

OK, maybe there's too much different between these two ROM's (M7 Pro and M9 Pro) to interchange ROM's.

Pipo has another update for the M7 Pro with some fixes to it. I'm making a new ROM with it today.

I may get one of you guys to test it with the M9 Pro kernel and just see if it improves anything.

Otherwise, if I'm not wrong, the 3.0.1 is currently the most reliable ROM...right?

Here is the new M7 Pro ROM. If anyone wants to try it with the 3.0.1 kernel.

Let me know it it's an improvement over 3.3.

Works amazing! I had 3 reboots with 3.3 just while i set up the device and restored my apps, after that the reboots where gone but i had some lags now and then. the m7 3.4 with the m9 kernel (im using the overclocked versions) is rock solid, not a single reboot, no lags yet. HUGE improvement compared to the 3.3

Sorry, I forgot to include the link to the M7 Pro thread...that was just an experiment to see if it would be worthwhile to even make a 3.4 ROM.

Based on M-M-C's report, I will make 3.4 today for the M9 Pro. I have to change some things first to make it M9 Pro.

Since these tablets are so alike, each time I get an update for one or the other...I just make a new ROM for both. Since the M7 Pro and M9 Pro use different kernels, I usually put the most recent kernel from the other tablet. So this time, you have a fresh ROM with Kernel 407 from the 3.0.1 ROM.

If you want to use the custom kernels by cshock2010, they are HERE

I've been running this ROM on my M7 Pro all day, and it seems pretty smooth...but I don't have a change log to tell what they did different.

If you read in the 3.0 thread that I was looking at a ROM with 4.4.4...that IS NOT THIS ROM. I really doubt I will pursue 4.4.4 right now. First of all, it isn't MY work...it's someone else's.

Please follow all of the KK flashing precautions I've posted EVERYWHERE in this section.

                          This ROM is:

                          Rooted
                          Debloated
                          Init.d/Busybox support
User app space options from 1 to 12gb (4gb default)
Auto Install available (as with my other ROM's)
TWRP Recovery by Abdul_pt...installed after first boot
                          Google Play Store fixes
All of the typical RileyROM features

                          Reboot app by Petrus
                          Flash Tool by Finless
                          Boot animation by me

                          Download

                          Enjoy!!!!!!!!!

Don't forget to donate to support future RileyROM's here on Freaktab...that really helps me stay up to date on the latest devices.
