This is not new rom but the stock rom that this stick comes with. And it has stuttering issue with mx player and beyond xbmc which the now older version with RK903 wifi/bluetooth chipset didn't have. Is there a fix for the stuttering issue? Are they working on a new rom that will address the stuttering issue? I ordered 5 sticks and they all are the new realtek ones, and are pretty much useless because of the stuttering problem.

Already have KitKat running on MK808 with my own kernels.

I can donate you a stick, and it doesn't have to be kitkat rom, all i need is a rom that will solve the video judder/stutter issue. I actually prefer the 4.2.2 rom and if possible with a 1080p kernel.

I might be able to use one of my previous roms or make a completely new one.
I will also make a new kernel, that will greatly affect performance.
The device has RTL8723 wifi right?
I think someone already posted a dmesg for it.

I have the original MK808 but with RK903 wifi. People have been trying to make kernels with working wifi for over 1 1/2 years for it, but still no luck.
If I can get a MK808B new version, it would really help, then I can finally run KitKat on it.

I know it has a realtek chipset, but don't know the number, I just looked at the actual tiny chipset, it's hard to read, but I can see the first two numbers are 87 so it's probably RTL8723.

Tired gonna go to bed. This will be just beta..Had to oc gpu and ram slightly. 466 on both. You have to use latest spmc....it is in the rom but you have to load it yourself. Install script is not working right. Other than that works well with all my hd content. Netflix works.
