The only change I dont like is the single speaker at the back of the tablet instead of the two at the front, I think I like the design of N101 more than the vesrion II but to me thats not such a big thing.

I ordered the N101 three days ago contacted seller to cancel and wait till N101 II is out and said he has already sent it................

Does that mean if new IPS, new motherboard that these ROMs will not work?? Decisions decisions.......

First....What the hell?

Ok....Now the "glow" problem (screen bleeding?) is not a problem with my tab and see no glow even with brightness up all the way.

My n101 has never took more then 4 1/2 hours (lowest % I started charge was 23%)

Now the new screen (hmmm) could be better, but I don't see a thing wrong with it. It is bright and sharp fantastic screen.

I don't like the single speaker on the new version(mono?) that's an odd change.

I think we would all agree the new charge plug is better (goes all the way in) .

So I wonder if the problems they fixed(?) are only problems on some of the n101s. I love my n101 nothing wrong with it, and I don't regret the purchase.

In my opinion nothing on that list concerns me that much.

The real question is the SDcard corruption issue!!!!! Is it a hardware issue or can it be fixed by a kernel change? If it cannot be fixed via Firmware and is fixed in V2, then I would be interested in V2. I personally think the SDcard issue if hardware, Yuandao needs to factory upgrade of our V1's.

As for ROMs, well it might be very possible some hardware changes could make us have to deal with V1 and V2 ROMs. That will suck of course as over time there will not be many of us with V1's.

As I wrote in original thread it seems to be some chinese "bullshitty" seller wars! It came from seller that has no ratings and feedback. There is official site, chinese review and TMALL official store with our version of N101! I'll preffer to trust them.

I contacted In4dealz and they are of the same opinion that our model is the latest one that Yuandao have produced and it would not put it past a fake one that has been produced I mean seriously why would a single speaker be classed as an upgrade when we have stereo speakers.

There are a few fake tablets out there so beware

if the official website has N101 22 then it must be coming out very soon!!

P.S. If we can believe the pic on the above link then the N101 22 has also got two speakers at the front like the "old" N101!!! Great News then!!

Hard to say precisely what it is. If you look further into it there seems to be references to a non IPs screen n101 etc on there. Chinese sites awful to translate

I think this tablet they are speaking about is the one that I have And Bob and Will. And the one getting talked about with the one speaker is not the latest one out. Reading between the lines

Elijah have told me that the second version of the n101 fixes a power issue and features a new case, apart from that it's the exact same hardware inside.

Read these posts seems that the plot thickens apparently if true yuandao are suing a company for producing a fake clone of the N101 . The one with two speakers is the genuine one
