MK808 not recognise by my TV

Hi everyone.

Here's my problem!

I'd buy a MK808 on Geekbuying some weeks ago.
First the EU adaptator was a trash, the powersuply LED stay red 2 seconds and slowly shutdown.
So I had buy a stronger one.
Finally the red bulb stay "open" and same for the blue LED of the MK808.
Sound great, but my TV (Samsung 46f6100) don't recognise the 808 on the Sources HDMI menu.
I had try on the HDMI1 and HDMI2, still not working.
So I had thinking than maybe the HDMI cable from Geekbuying was trash like the EU adaptator.
So I had buy a new one.

But it's still not work with the new cable
I don't have try on the other TV yet.
Do you have some idea and advice about this problem?

Justement j'ai acheté une MK808 sur GeekBuy.. il y a de ça quelques semaines.
Premièrement je place l'adaptateur EU fourni avec le chargeur du MK808 mais la LED rouge restait allumé deux secondes puis s'éteignait de suite après.
Bon ça commence bien, obligé de racheté un adaptateur plus costaud. Une fois fait, le chargeur garde sa LED allumée tout le temps et la LED de la clé reste allumée. Là j’étais content!
Malheureusement mon écran (Samung led 46f6100) ne reçois pas le signal de la clé et elle n'est donc pas reconnu via le menu HDMI.
Bon...Je prends encore mon mal en patience et commande un nouveau câble mini-HDMI - HDMI, pensant que celui fournit était aussi pourri que l'adaptateur.
Je rebranche et ça ne marche toujours pas, la clé n'est pas reconnue

J'ai pas pu testé sur une autre télé. Une idée d’où peut bien venir le problème?

please don't worry, let's handle the problem together.
could you please perform a totally check on the device ?

check the manual to make sure you have connected all the cables correctly .
confirm the LED of charger and LED of device is on or off .
A，have you tried to reset which you can find a button in a hole , press it gently.
B，try another similar charger cable (try another longer cable if possible )
C，try to find a TV that can connect the TV-BOX and the TV directly
D，try another HDMI cable (try another longer cable if possible) , may be the cables have a problem during the shipping
E, try another TV with different brands ,sometimes our device can’t be Compatible with some special TV.
F，Have you checked the setting of your TV and the TV-BOX, if the TV-box is 1080P , the TV should be 1080P, if the TV-BOX is 720P , so is the TV, they should pair well
G, try to use this link to find the firmware or ROM to flash it, here is the link, you can have a look.

I'm not really understand what they mean in C.

I try to change the ROM just for see, but the Rom Flash Tool.exe don't see the RKAndroid rock.

thanks your answer! I tried everything: different charger, another HDMI cable, more TV I connected my TV with another device is connected. I installed the new ROM, which ran fine. Hardware failure is suspected.

No, not recognise my TV. Flash the new ROM, but not working. Maybe HDMI connector fault?! Looking for advice.
