    Tronsmart MK908II + best firmware

    Hello community,
    I'm a newbie.
I bought me a new Tronsmart MK908II and I'm searching for a stable firmware,
with fast stable wifi and a stable ts-Player. In your forum, there are a lot of firmwares.
But what is the best for me and how can I install it?
I think there a lot of other users, that search for the same information.
    Can somebody help me?

I´m using the finless 1.6 rom with 720P kernel, works great.1080Pkernel also works but gives me a little screen lag in xbmc so I´m rolling with the 720.

To get xbmc working smooth, I had to use the Justxbmc Mod for the Q7 by lewy, don´t ask me why but this was the only version that gives me 720/1080 smooth playback.

You can find the rom here:

You can find the justxbmc Q7 mod apk here:

Only had the stick for 2days, used it last night & the kids were using it this afternoon, so far no problems, seems to be rock solid and is only slightly warm to the touch even after hours of use, thus far I´m pritty darn happy with this little super trooper.

      Hello mfuk,
thank you very much for your answer.
      I will test it.
But how I have to instal this:
      1. finless 1.6 rom with 720P kernel
      and then
      2. justxbmc Q7 mod apk
      Is this correct?

Your welcome, Yes that is correct, you will find the rom install instructions within the download, look at the readme.txt for full installation instructions, its actually very easy to swap between the 2 kernels so give 1080 a try, might work better on your stick, it was almost ok for me but xbmc 1080P content would stutter ever so slightly / 720P kernel is smooth, the rom is Jellybean 4.2.2

My MK908II has had around 15hrs use thus far, Android is solid, smooth fast & snappy, no crashes, no restarts, it gets just a little warm to the touch under load, shes running at 1608mhz and gives 18743 in Antutu.

XBMC has however crashed 3 times but I´m 99.9% sure thats down to my sloppy installation of addons, I need to reinstall xbmc properly before I can give a verdict on xbmc but the OS is solid. When the kids go bed tonight I´ll reinstall the xmc addons properly & report back but I´m expecting it to be fine.

I did try every rom I could find & then tested each rom with serveral versions of xbmc, I spent around 12hrs "playing" best combo I found is 1.6 rom with justxbmc_q7_mod
