help with brick

I decided i wanted to change the boot animation so i downloaded one i like and copied it into the system media folder and renamed the old one. I then rebooted the device and it's stuck at boot with no animation. Won't boot into android for me to undo what i did. What i failed to do is open up the zip to look at it. I opened up the zip on my phone and now see that it was meant to be flashed. The boot animation was within the zip.

Is there a way to get to the file system so that i can change the boot animation?

I figure the best way to fix it is to flash a boot animation at the loader but when i do it says "E:footer is wrong E: signature verification failed install aborted.

Update: i downloaded flashable boot animations an im getting signature verification failed and then it aborts.

Finless can you make me a stock boot animation that is flashable? I promise never to change it again.
