n00b root question

Hi Guys, i am so new to these sticks but not new to the android root and custom roms world...
i searched this forum and sub forum and i was able to find a lot of information.
But most of what i found was multiple links to ROMS that are already pre-root etc.

what i am looking to read and find and about root only for my new device.
i am planning to put it in my car with pioneer appradio and so i only need to root it as 1080P movies playback smoothly wont really be of an issue for me.

This is the stick i purchased:

i searched Google and found a couple of locations that claim root but the files that were added to the threads were removed from dropbox or the site servers...

Can someone please point me out to the section where i can find information on how to root my device?

There are many ways of getting root..
I prefer..
Moborobo + tpsarky

Make sure USB Debugging is enabled on your unit
-settings/developer/

Make sure to use the provide Usb2micro-usb cable..
-On Pc use a Usb 2.0 port
-and if you can avoid using win8

i will use win 7 instead of win 8 and try to use ur preferred method or rooting. thank you.
