Will i agree with all ( or at least most) There are a few not mentioned Rikomagic supported thier product and like Minix did not release a T ver. But have to agree that when manufactures allow comments and dev to help and review products it benifits them by having a bigger customer base.

( And having 4 different main boards with different hardware is just fricking dumb and drives me insane lol ok my rant over)

New SE has no memory limit. vu is No good if temporarily selling new models well for a bit in a few markets but half the plugins don't work on them, other half is still plenty but basically rubbish because of missing compatibility. To serious devs & serious users needing most plugins at their fingertips it's a novelty, but useless. Good for basic sat reception for the elderly though who are not into plugins.

The reality is that they would not give a hoot.

They have been allowing the sale of fake USB drives that hold far less than advertised for years, despite many complaints and they could not care less as long as they make their cut.

for me, i have purchased over 20pcs M8 from ACEMAX....currently they are ok, customers happy, no complaints, from begining now over several software updating, it is stable
also i PM acemax contacts info to Finless, but seems not he did not contact with them.....
personally i admit,,,,MINIX goods nice.....but too too expensive....

also i PM acemax contacts info to Finless, but seems not he did not contact with them.....
personally i admit,,,,MINIX goods nice.....but too too expensive....

but beelink is not and also more supportive and also help our developers inhouse here, Oman for beelink is perfect guy and smart business person.who also supply source code to our Rom / kernel developers

square m8 has proven to be a headache for us people who own one as the developer a reluctant to port or develop and improve for us

Hi ace i contacted you a few days ago on Skype i told you threw text my problems and you gave me a link to firmware download my EM8 all ready had as i later worked out.

No offence acemax but this unit has given many people grief and drama if i new what i know now i would of gone with a diffrent product and i still may and put it down to a life lesson thanks for the headaches mate.

Warning to ENY and Acemax:

1- Beelink and Minix have quite a few updates based on recent AmLogic source releases.

2- ENY and Acemax have had nothing and abandoned support for this S802 box as they do for all their products.

3- You two also do not help developers who have spent their time trying to save this box.

What We CUSTOMERS Will Do:

4- We will publicize the fact that ENY and Acemax have badly designed products on forums and blogs and comments on various sites.

5- We will publicize the fact that ENY and Acemax abandon their products immediately and only obstruct developers trying to help buyers and do not help with codes or even release updates after AmLogic releases.

6- We will contact large sellers on Amazon, ****, AliExpress, DHGate, etc. drawing their attention to these facts and that they should not ruin their reputation and create lots of headache for themselves with these bad products and lack of support from ENY and Acemax and avoid them. But instead stock products from Beelink and Minix.

This is from us customers tired of your:

- Bad Designs
- Lack of Support to Free Volunteer Developers Donating Numerous Hours
- Lack of Releases based on AmLogic Updates or ANY UPDATES

We had enough and just want to warn innocent people in future about your 2 cowboy companies.

Business Success is all about Reputation which ENY and Acemax JUST LOST.

We works with ENY about 1 year. Amlogic MX and now is S802,
I think ENY works perfect.

Maybe bad thing not happen to us.

We try to cooperate with many China OTT box company. and finally choose ENY.
1. We are visit ShenZhen to visit ENY Factory and R&D house.
2. Price alway good.
3. Return device send back very fast. ( We had expensive works with others company. not send back us after 3 month. ENY Send back to us in a week )

The door is open acemax here and listening to the posts, Now to start to be productive and give them feed back on actual problems would be the best solution as your posts got thier attention and only things posted so far are shipping issues. everyone that has an issue can now post it directly for them to deal with.


acemax -(note) proper change logs listing actual changes in firmware should be done for every release. -example.

-mouseissue fix
-changed to proper rooted software
-1080p freeze issue solved
-no wifi issue resolved
-camera software updated,

just a sample but it lets others know what you have worked on and fixed.
