MK808B + TP Link w823n

Hi Guys,

Hope you can help

First Time I was on MiniX Hybrid 2.2.4. It works great with my TP Link W823n. I know its a RTL8192cu Chipset.
So I rename it rkwifi.ko, reboot and Wifi with the Dongle works great.

Now I change to MK808/B_Feb 2014_Media Centre Edition_Rom, but the Wifi Fix doesnt work now.

What is wrong?

The MK808/B_Feb 2014_Media Centre Edition_Rom uses the 3.0.36 kernel. Those modules were built for the 3.0.8 version. You either have to stick to the older (Jelly Bean 4.1 - 3.0.8 kernel) ROMs or get a new module compiled for 3.0.36.

2.1 is JB 4.2. Try Finless 1.7 instead.

Its true. Doesnt work. I not try Finless 1.7. I got back to MiniX. Sad that I not find a compiled module for 3.0.36.
