    XBMC menu and video

    Hi,

I own a Tronsmart S89H and I am using XBMC 14 nightly and I notice that every time that I start a movie it shows a black rectangle with the size of the top menu but if I change the video format from normal to zoom and then back to normal the black bar goes away.

    It happens with any Skin!

    Did anyone notice this before?

When I open the video is already like this:

    The menu:

After I change the video format:

Is it compatible with the S89-H?

I found the problem on the Android boxes.

The problem is from the video setup between Android and XBMC.

To fix: In android "settings/display/display position" my setting was at 86%.
I increased to 88%. (Yours may only need increasing 1%)

Now in XBMC "settings/system/video/calibration" Calibrate as you normally would.

All videos fullscreen and letterbox should be normal without top and bottom black bars overlaying video.

I hope this helps....it was driving me crazy

It seems that it cuts part of the movie from top and bottom but with this trick the bar extend to the whole wide nice trick
