NO boot up Vega S89-H

    NO boot up Vega S89-H

    Hi,
    I received my Vega S89 before 3 weeks all was ok for 1 week one day blue light stuck i push power buttom for 10 sec reboot see the logo of tronsmart and close unplug it reboot the same thing.

    I have Place the fw (104k4) the same which was in the box on the sdcard ( 3 files ) ... place sdcard inside unit..
    Unplug powercord
    Hold recovery button
    Powercord/power-up unit
    Hold for another 7 sec.. then release recovery button
    No recovery menu NEVER ......
    The same happen with the new firmaware (107k4) and two diffirent sdcard cards fromat it with BootcardMaker.
    I have FOLLOW Instructions for Updating Tronsmart S89 Series Two ways to update the firmware for Tronsmart Vega S89
    1) SD Card flash method
    Format with your tool burnBootCard 2 diffirent card but nothing happen.....
    2) USB Burning Tool with windows PC to flash;
    Try with xp vista win 7 (32 bit) win 8.1 (64 bit) but the burning tool have never find a new USB device ( i have install moborobo and ADB, Fastboot and Drivers - 15 seconds ADB Installer v1.3 ) your micro usb cable works moborobo find my phone.
    Give a help please.

    Sorry to hear your problem. Seems it's not the hdmi problem. seems like this:

      did you have solved your issue?
      I have (I think so) the same problem.

      My one week old device S89-H with 107K4 Image is not working anymore.
      After the 108k4 Image is coming out during my order I flashed it to become an upt-to-date device.
      I used the box over HDMI without probs. After the the first update over the USBBurningTool shows after update the 100% but only the Tronsmart logo appear on the screen over HDMI. A second time the same. After that I tryed the SDCard possibility and from this time no screen on the S89-H over HDMI. With the AV connect I have a picture.

      Over AV Screen I have tryed to flash with old images but nothing happend.
      In the display section there is "HDMI auto-detection" and "HDMI Output Mode Setting: HDMI 720P 50 HZ" is grey and not possible to change. The "On" "OFF" Button was one time possible to change but not anymore during testing Images an recover menu... I was in the recovery menu and have manual set factory reset and wiped all, but the ON/OFF never could changed again. I will say, that I Tthink, tha t the Box don´t know the HDMI output! On TV the HDMI Port is recognized and changed the backround in a little bit dark grey but no signal is coming out.

      I don´t think that this is the soldering problem because the box is standing still while the first flashings.
      Anybody have a solution?
      Could the box flashed with something to test the HDMI out?
      Any tool that shows that HDMI makes anything?

        Because the box detects if HDMI is connected or not, at that moment you use a/v maybe these HDMI settings not available...
        Also no HDMI at recovery?
        Have you tried to reflash the new 108k4 again via USB-Burning-Tool?

          Yes I have testet the versions again and again via USBBoot and SD Card.
          Thx for the Info that the HDMI is disabled if AV is connected.

          I have now tested again the USB OTA Boot 108k4 and looking carefully on the screen ->and "Tronsmart" is showing the first time over HDMI. But this is not happend again... Only one time.
          After some tests i have put in the AV and the box is fully started.
          ...

          The new download of the SD 107k4 version is still downloading... I test it later.
          Does it exist a "pure" version for the box or a tool for resetting all?
          Something with the boot information I think.

            I think at update with 107k4 you lost everything, specially via USB Burning Tool (USB OTG cable connected to PC using the program at PC to flash the box)...
            At 108k4 I'm not sure, because the begin with OTA which keeps a lot of thinks...
            At Android settings with factory reset you can also set all back (and I think also the settings)...

              In the recovery menu I already set the factory reset but nothings hapend more after doing this.
              Pleeeese any ideas?
              Old firmware or similar firmware only to bring back the hdmi?!
