Net access speed issue. Need help

Hi guys,
I've got a new M8 and having some issues with it. Basically it cannot access internet at full speed, both on WiFi and Ethernet. I've tried all the available firmwares but, having the same issue. I have 4 Mb connection and all other devices can access it at full speed.

so decided to do some testing with Network & CPU overlays.. Below is what i found.

Accessing content on LAN

I tried steaming various files over the LAN accessing it from my PC and it works fine without any issues.
When the video player starts, you get a burst of download speed which goes up to 2.3Mbps and that it stay over 1 Mbps giving smooth picture playback.
Main CPU usage is done by the movie player in use.

Accessing content over the internet

When accessing internet based content, you get a burst of download speed going up to 350kbps and than it hover round 80kbps. This causes buffering issue.
Main CPU usage used is caused by two processes named "System_server" & "Surfaceflinger" respectively.

when i try to kill this processes, it causes the box to reboot.

what do you guys think?

Download OOKLA Speed test apk check the speed,
To be honest 4mb internet speed is the minimum speed limit for a Video Streaming ,Its time to upgrade if possible ...
Speed wise I have 100mbps Connection and Speedtest results are wifi;29-30mbps , Lan;80mbps

Ii am from UK as well currently living in SA. Would love to have a 20+Mbps connection as well if its at decent price. But its not...

But even at 4mbps connection i was able to view youtube & other streams properly on my Q7 box before it died. But on this one, The internet access speed is and issue for some reason and i am trying to figure out why.

Which ROM?
I am using life-force based FW but you can try new Acemax22-07 or the Bob's Finless ROM those are all well tweaked in every aspect...

currently with finless 1.8. will give life force one a try

Sorry It won't help its quite old now...I thought you are on Stock FW
