        I do believe that this is the well known soldering problem of the HDMI port...

        If your providing store doesn't want to exchange your S89-H you can resolder the HDMI Connection to the board.

        The problem is a design failure I guess. The HDMI port isn't connected to the case and so all of the force of plug in and out your HDMI cable will directly go onto the soldering.

            also crashed hdmi output

            Hi , I m another customer with a tronsmart s89 that hdmi crashed (no signal)
            I have sent mail to geekbuying support and also to Eric.
            Im very disappointed...I have to wait for a long time to get a new one.
