MX Player restarts movies and switches from HW+ to SW decoder after about 30 minutes. Annoying!

Hi guys,

I wonder if any of the great minds out there can help. I am using RileyROM (either the latest or close to it) and Im having this problem. Basically, after about 30 minutes of perfect playback my tablet restarts the movie whilst at the same time switching the decoder from HW+ to SW.

What's going on?

which Pipo do you have?

You can try "HW" instead of "HW+"

It's the M9Pro.

I'll see if HW makes the difference. Thanks for your input.

I have a different problem with HW and SW. When using either of these two options the video pauses and the audio continues to run in the background. Switching decoders does fix the issue temporarily but it inevitably happens again.
