S802 or Ouya

Good Morning Guys (here in the uk),
i am about to purchase one of the above boxes,
but cannot make up my mind.
i would love a multi purpose box , main use would be xbmc but would love to play gta3 in my down time etc...
I know the Ouya is a good candidate at this point, but has the s802 got better hardware and would it allow me to access more games.

Another candidate is the firetv i could get imported from the US. but atm i see its a nightmare to tinker with...
Any advice im open to all suggestions.

I would wait If you can. I would not buy either right now.
IMHO the new Android TV boxes with nvidia's K1 processor will show up in main stream boxes late this year. I believe in the near future we will see way better systems. My guess is early 2015 we will have an Android TV uprising with better support and fewer play back bugs. Also tons of new games that will take advantage of nvidia's K1 processor.
