Is it possible to keymap the tronsmart tsm01 remote with help from the Flirc device? I want to use it with the Vega s89 and specially with xbmc.

No the tronsmart tsm01 uses RF-radio frequency not IR-Infrared. The Flirc uses IR to program buttons to send and recieve signals. You need a full IR remote to map button functions with the Flirc. Most TV remotes are IR, so you can just remap your universal IR TV remote with the Flirc.
The Rii minii 13 remote has both IR and RF so some of the buttons are programable.
