M8 help-No power light, unable to control via remote

Hi All,

I bought some M8 boxes,I flashed finless 1.7 onto them.

Two have ended with no power light, and i'm unable to control them both via there remotes

However, the other 3 i flashed were fine, Does anybody know what the problem may be?

Both still work, just no lights or control via the remote.

I suspect maybe the infrared module is damaged at the front? Anybody know whether i can just retro fit another one in? I tried flashing them both with there stock firmwares, which didn't fix the issue.

open the cases and check the front Led+IR PCB wiring...

I've already opened it up, everything looks ok. I've had my voltage meter on it, and there's voltage getting to it.

Do you have an example of one i can replace it with?

These look exactly the same as the ones inside the M8, Do you reckon it is my IR thats knackered and soldering a new one of these in will do the trick?
