Why do you want to buy one when you can make one for free - see http://www.freaktab.com/showthread.p...y-to-try-Linux

If you want to spend money, make me a donation

Have you tried installing a terminal application and an unzip application from Google Play on your Android device and then downloading and unzipping the file from the URL and using dd to write to the SD card - should work.

Your OP asked about MK802IV which is quad-core RK3188(T) SOC but now you require MK802IIIS which is dual-core RK3066. You can't mix and match across different SOCs like this as the compiled kernel for an RK3188 device will not work on an RK3066 device.

I don't think anyone has created a fully sd card solution for RK3066 devices where the kernel and RFS boot from the sd card regardless of the state of NAND on the device.

So I'd recommend you either buy a supported RK3188 device (or similar which you can find from reading all the various posts and googling a bit) and then try the link I provided (but first fully understand the limitations of Linux on RK3188 compared to RK3066) or find someone with a PC so you can try recovering your "stuck" device by flashing stock ROM (and look for all alternatives on fixing a bricked device) and then once it works you can try flashing a Linux ROM to allowing dual-boot but that's if you don't asphyxiate first from reading this far too long sentence that is devoid of punctuation or other opportunities to allow you to pause and take a breath.
