MK809IV (red slider): usb device not recognized

Hello guys, I need your help. I have a little but annoying problem on my MK809IV: all films play with an interesting effect, it looks like low fps. But if I use any FPs meter, I see 24-30 fps. CPU is not buisy, I used a great amount of players, there is no difference. But Youtube plays videos very good. All of this is very strange.
So I decided to burn another rom.And... I can't just connect my device to PC. I do all by instruction: I press reset key, plug cable in and wait for 3-5 seconds. After this I have message on PC: Usb device not recognized. I tried to make a circuit between outputs on my NAND (30/31, another variant was 43/44) but I had no result. Maybe there are another methods to burn a rom? Or I do something wrong?

I think you have the same problem as here: http://www.freaktab.com/showthread.php?15752-CYX_809III-V5_0-20140510-(CX-919-MK809IV-clone)-not-connecting-to-PC-as-USB-device-for-flashing-rooting/

    Does your board also read: CYX_809III V5_0 20140510 ?

If so, then please continue in the other thread
