What is the best ROM for XBMC on my MK802 III?

I've been out of the scene a while and now my stick is stuck on the boot animation. (Which is a known problem with this stick after not being used for a extended period of time)

So I was wondering, what is the best ROM for it today?
I cannot seems to find an awnser between all the (UG)MK808 ROMS today.

I'm using it now, great to run 4.4.

Also for others who are going to use it, download Kingo ROOT, to unlock real root access. (After updating SU lib and reboot)
