I do some research recently, Laude Talk 7 maybe the cheapest 3G tablet with Android 4.2, if you give me a chance, I will choose this tablet, not smartphone with same specification. too few Gb of RAM, and low resolution in my opinion...
I don't think it will work without any stuttering!
