    108K4 FIRMWARE FOR TRONSMART VEGA S89 SERIES, ADD 1080P 24HZ,NTFS/CIFS SUPPORT,OTA UPDATE ETC



    Finally, We are getting the 108K4 for the Tronsmart Vega S89 Series, and tronsmart follow their promise, and add the OTA update function. In future update, you can just click and update

    So wha’ts the fully change log for 108k4?

    1.Add 1080p, 24Ghz screen resolution

    2.Support for NTFS/CIFS

    3.Add the support for Mele F10 air mouse

    4.Compatible with Xbox PS3 controller

    5.Come with rooted

    6.Add kill-recent-task function

    7.Update xbmc to Gotham 13.1,fix 4k playback and 2160P/720P HDMI display issue

    8.Add remote function in Recovery Mode.

    9.Adjust MBXLauncher,add Yahoo wether and Clean-Memory function,fix slow animation issue;

    10.Fix issue->Power-key of Remote might lead to reboot

    11.Change Input method to Latin,and remote can use;

    12.Update Play Store to latest version

    13.Add OTA update function

    It's different version than Oman's 108k4 for Beelink?

      OTA is a step ahead from the rest ... Tronsmart seems to be very dedicated to their s802 lineup

        i tried to install this through twrp it refuses to install it saying its for a k200 device and that my box is a s82b though its supposed to be s82 h shall i ignore this and use toothpick method or is this the wrong flash
        the zip inside the s89-h main zip is titled k200-ota-20140805

            You guy's should flash the TWRP again, i fixed it.

                    I flashed your TWRP again ver. 2.7.1.0 but installing geekbuying rom still fails for the same reason, expecting a k200 but sees s82b. Perhaps there is something different with that rom? I have been away for two weeks, but I think I used TWRP to install other roms. My memory is really bad.

                        good...is there any place on this forum wher we could write about bugs in tronsmart vega fw?

                        since i have installed it today i have noticed how xbmc is not so stable like before, it crashed 3 times already...also every crash of some application screwed up my wallpaper? it streched all the way out of the visible screen?

                        glad about ota in the new fw!
