USB stopped working on S89H

Hi everyone,

Long time lurker, first time poster.

So I've had the Tronsmart S89H since June and it's been working great on Finless 1.6 ROM.

A couple of weeks ago though my air mouse stopped working. Thought it was the battery, but turns out it's the actual USB ports on the device.

I've tested both ports with multiple (confirmed working) USB devices - nothing, it's like they're completely off or dead.

I've upgraded to Finless 1.9 ROM and also reset the device too - same issue.

Everything else works great, including the included remote.

I've performed a google search with no luck.. Any ideas before I consult with GeekBuying please?

I don't really know, how the SoC handle the USB, but I think it use a USB-hub-chip...
So, if all USB ports dead, I think the USB-hub-chip is dead...
But anyway, if all ports dead (also after new flash) I think you get a hw issue...
