    Looking for new xbmc box

I currently use an apple tv 2 for xbmc but I'm tired of it and looking for something different.
I would like a box that can play games and run xbmc fast and that has good wifi connection.

    I don't mind spending $150 to $180 for a new box.

I have been researching for a new box for a couple months and was going to get the "minix neo x8 h" but then I found this website and now I'm more confused than ever.

    Thank you

ill be honest, the AFTV is a great box by specs standard but is very locked down.
The s802,s82 are a very good chip atm, and boxes can be had a bargain prices.
          i have currently a mx2 and a m8 (dualcore and quadcore)
they are both very good at xbmc.
Obviously firmware is a big thing here.
just for sole XBMC purposes i would go with Openlec or one of the linux builds....
i have openelec on my mx2 and the box is great for my childrens room.

The m8 is a more sophisticated box, where i can play a few games on...

Also the android tv box is coming out apprantly end of the year and is set to blow the competetion apart!

The forum has lots of great people working on boxes all the time, and Geekbuyer is a very respected chinese trader, who will endevour to help you if needed.

OK thanks. I don't want to be locked down. If I wanted that I would just keep my appletv. But I'm looking for more freedom.

What I'm looking for is a fast xbmc experience. I would like to play some games and great wireless connectivity.

Can you please post some links to the boxes you suggested.

As you guys know there are just too many choices. So what do you guys think of the "minix neo x8 h" no one has said anything about that yet.

I'm looking to buy something I just don't know what box that is yet.
