    Custom images for RK3188

    Hi,
I am a newbie on the forum and I try to find what custom firmware is available for my android box. I have a cheap RK3188 box that I bought from here. Currently it says the model number RK30SDK. I am looking to convert it to an XBMC machine and I will need your kind guidance on which firmware is best for the job.
Can someone point me to the right direction?
    Many thanks.

This Box is unknown to me. Can you Please make Photos of the Inside the Box?
This will help to get you the right Firmware.

    Regards

Yea I have his same problem , mine says rk30 too, it has bluetooth and it is a rk3188 and is a cs918 and has a green motherboard. I need firmware and tutorial to be able to play 1080p content because 1080p is choppy on xbmc but 720p works well.

Without pictures and detailed hardware specs no one can help.
There are literally over 100 clones all with different hardware and firmware.

Try to open it from the left side by the usb port then move around anti-clockwise to open it.

Use a magnifying glass and move the box so that the light shines on the chip, use an led torch or cellphone flash for extra light.
