Pipo M6 pro reboots instead of turning off

I have a pipo m6 pro. I rommed it a while ago. I just noticed that when I turn it off - either by the software button (selecting off / reboot) or by a long press of the on/off button, it ALWAYS reboots and never turns itself off.

    Any advice?
    Any better ROM?

this is the info I found about it:

    android 4.2.2 core +3/0.36, root@alex-system-product-Name #238
    from wed Apr 16 2014

    Build: rk30sdk-eng 4.2.2 JDQ39 eng.root.20140416.172947 test-keys

      Thanks. A couple of things:
      - is it fully functional (including GPS, wifi, etc)?
      - can you tell me where i can find the official version and romming instructions?

      Thanks a lot
