    Wireless mouse

    Hi dudes,

the wireless mouse is not working good if the distance is more than 1,5m. Do you have the same problem? What can i do? The mouse is a brand of goldmaster.

At my old box (2.1) it was no problem.

    Rakeem,

Are you also using WiFi at 2.4GHz? If yes, try to use a USB extension cord or a USB-HUB and place the dongle as fare away as possible...

Sure, i am using a 2.4Ghz. If not the mouse woudnt work in any way. The mouse is working fine with any other device (laptop, other andoid tv box,etc.). I guess it has something to do with the ROM. does somebody else has rk3188-eng 4.4.2 KOT49H eng.yanghui_test.20140621.154107 test-keys ?

WiFi uses 2.4GHz and the wireless keyboard also BUT with an own dongle.
Or do the wireless keyboard use the WiFi?

Because of to devices (the WiFi chip and the wireless keyboard dongle) use the same band, so there could be a conflict, so it could help to place the dongle of the wireless keyboard fare away from the antenna of the WiFi chip.

I have no wireless keyboard buddy it's a mouse. I guess it is the firmware. Anyway thanks for help. I use the remote app to navigate. It's the best way for me.
