I'm sure that Bob had said that flashing with the Android 2.1 tool was not recommended (although I am making a potentially incorrect assumption that you may have tried that first).

Have you tried 1.37 and an erase of the Nand?

It may not make any difference right now but worth a try.

It may then come down to shortening certain pins on the board.

Thanks for reply bluesmanuk. Yes i already tried with 1.37 version. And i already tried shortening Nand's pins althought my device is already detected in maskrom mode.

        My MK908II - boot loop / recovery

        My MK908II - boot loop / recovery

        Hello everyone

First I want to thank all of you for maintaining this site as one of the best when it comes to android smart devices.
        My problem is as follows.

        I have MK908/2 Rockchip3188
I wanted to update the kernel from 720p to 1080p. Something went wrong and now I can not flash any of firmvire because it is stuck in a bootloop. Every time I flash the firmware it says success, everything went well.
Then I connect my MK908/2 on my TV and stuck in bootloop recovery says something about device not found format data format cache rebooting.

        Please help.

Did you push EraseIDB button before flash firmware?

                Tried veclinux, finless...
Every single one ends up with boot loop.

Use Rom_flash_tool_137 in Finless kitkat rom package.
