Ug007 , can i format device?

Hi
i have ug007 for 1 year now.
the device is really slow . I have lot of apps so device went weird and slow


can i format device?
i want to go back to factory reset
is possible? I tried from Options and when it starts nothing happens .i have all apps installed again.

Besides that, i have in some movies an annoying freeze every 10 seconds ( it depends on the movie)

if i format the device , you think i not gonna have those issues ?
